Established in 1974 and purchased by Steve and Monica Boha in 1977. They operated the brokerage until Steve’s retirement in November of 2024. Steve was active in the community through the Lions, local government and the ambulance board.
In 2024 David Stearn, Russ Collicott & Kiranjot Sarkaria purchased the brokerage. As an independent brokerage our priority and focus is on the client and offering the best service possible.
We have added life insurance and group benefits to our offerings to better serve our clients and communities. We are also providing IRP plating services to support the transportation companies that we work with.
David Stearn, BA, GBA – President & Advisor Farm & Commercial Lines
David has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, with nearly 10 years in a leadership position. He has been the designated representative for a 135-person organization and was the Director of Insurance Operations with HAL Insurance. Managing relationships with clients, insurers and staff has been his focus for much of his career. His areas of expertise are commercial property and condos, agribusiness / farm and hard-to-place risks.

Russ has 6 years of insurance experience and a lifetime of leadership and sales roles. He spent over 30 years in construction project management in the commercial and industrial industries. Russ has excelled in learning the transportation industry and providing market leading advice and claims management to his clients. His years of construction experience provides a unique perspective and insight into managing risk with our clients.
